时间：7月31日 星期日 晚上 7:00 - 晚上 9:00
地址：拾级 Cafe，成都锦绣路1号保利中心B座19楼 1911（B座也即是东区2栋），地铁1号线倪家桥附近。

费用：无。如果吃饭就AA。（提供有开水，也可以自备杯子或自带饮料，在店消费咖啡或茶为20元左右）
要求：无论小白还是大神，都欢迎。

活动还是惯例2点开始集合，不过一般会有人迟到，所以会有20分钟左右的时间是大家互相介绍和认识，所以正式开始应该为 2:20。
大概内容及安排：（ 可参考 Slides）
1. 下午2点正式开始，先是老规矩每个人自我介绍，互相勾搭
2. 本次活动内容说明，及讨论话题、分享主题等选定
目前有：
- Python 在生物信息领域的应用 by 帝归
- 代码规范讨论

Pandas/ Neural Net demo/NLP api

1. We live in exciting times, that we make happen through neural networks and machine learning. In 5 years, driverless cars will be mass produced in China. It's a good time to learn the algorithms and techniques that make this possible. Udacity offers a good course but it's expensive. Check it out here. I'll update when I find a more affordable and informative course.

2. Questions in Pandas (will update regularly)

3. Neural Networks in a browser with Google's TensorFlow.
   • You can play with TensorFlow
   • We'll look at how to load and test a data on a Neural Network

4. Introduction to Googles new NLP api
   • New NLP techniques
   • Useful NLP applications

5. This meetup's only requirement is working python knowledge.
